The cottage is a popular fully-equipped summerhouse located in Stockholm’s archipelago Mälaren in Viksberg, in Södertälje near Stockholm. The house is a 60 m² large furnished holiday home and has a large L-shaped open teracce along the house facing south-east to south-west with morning, mid-day and evening sun, and a covered teracce facing north-west at the backside of the house , giving you a calm place to rest in three directions. It’s located in a calm family-friendly area with meadows and close to bathing areas, seashores and forest. It’s also closely located to golf clubs, tennis, bowling and badminton courts.

The living room offers two couches and a coffee-table around an open fireplace for cozy evenings and TV with Swedish digital terrestial channels (SVT1, SVT2, TV4, TV6, TV Finland, SVT Barnkanalen / SVT24, Kunskapskanalen)

In total 4+1 beds – 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each (+1 extra guest bed). There is also a baby bed available.
Kitchen
The kitchen offers electric stove and electric water bioler, dish washer, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment and display case with tableware & cutlery
Bathroom with shower
The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and washing/drying machine (not seen in the picture).
